We have an exemplary track record of launching and scaling innovative fenestration companies and are now seeking trade window industry professionals and dynamic team players to become Branch Managers in their local area to accelerate our growth in the UK.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead, develop and motivate a small team to achieve excellence.
Build customer relationships by delivering first class service.
Ensure that realistic targets are hit every month.
Manage the day to day operations of the branch and focus on reliability, efficiency and competitiveness.
Enhance the sales, marketing and customer experience in the branch.
Support the training and development of the team.

WHAT WE NEED
A dynamic sales person that is deeply connected to the local trade market.
Passion, energy and hunger for success.
Technical and digital ability in all aspects of bespoke fenestration supply to installers and builders.
A commercial and organisational approach to drive sales and maximise margins whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience within a similar management role in a trade window or builders merchant environment.
Excellent negotiation, communication and customer service skills.
A problem solver that leads by example with a solution focused outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Proven management, leadership and IT skills.
A hands on, self-motivated, target orientated and proactive attitude.
A full and valid driving licence.

WHAT WE OFFER
Basic salary = £35,000 per annum
Year One On Target Earnings = £50,000
Year Two On Target Earnings = £75,000
Year Three On Target Earnings = £100,000
Annual Profit Sharing Plan.
28 days paid holiday including bank holidays.
Company Pension Plan.
