Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting new opportunity for an experienced UK sales Manager to take charge of sales within the UK for a smart hardware company based in China. This company is a global leading brand for reliable and sustainable smart access solutions who are committed to pursue quality and innovation to deliver smart security at the consumers fingertips.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become a part of a fast growing, visionary company and to take the lead with all responsibilities within leading the companies sales in the UK. This will give you the opportunity to move in to a managing director role and to grow the UK division for this company.

The role:

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales and financial objectives for the company
  • Develop companies brand visibility and O2O distribution channels as well as ODM business achievement
  • Build smart access technological support for all distribution channels
  • Build relationship with new and existing customers

The candidate:

  • Experience in hardware technical sales with a proven track record
  • Be able to lead and have excellent management skills
  • Strong entrepreneurs’ mindset with independent and full autonomy working environment
  • Strong strategic, analytical, commercial, organisational and personal sales skills
  • Experience in developing and managing budges
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Must currently reside in the UK

Salary and package is negotiable.
