Window & Door Surveyor – MM3312

A Commercial Surveyor is required to undertake window and door surveys for manufacture. The role will be working with a successful manufacturer and installer into the local housing and social housing sector. The role will be to cover South West Counties including Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire and Avon. The successful candidate will be liaising with the client’s representatives to confirm information and requirements as well as carrying out measurements using survey forms. The position will be based from home but will involve travel to sites to carry out the work and will involve going into occupied properties.

Candidates should have previous experience of carrying out window and door surveys for manufacturing, a good understanding of the installation process and a thorough knowledge of Health & Safety and relevant Building Regulations. It is essential you hold a CSCS card and can work well with Contractors on site as well as with members of the public. Candidates should be well-organised with a thorough / detailed approach to carrying out their duties.
