Client:
Joedan Manufacturing is part of the Joedan Group which is a growing and profitable family business specialising in the manufacture of Aluminium Fenestration products to the commercial and retail markets (producing approx 750-1000 products per week). Working on replacement window and door contracts, both as main and subcontractors they have an enviable reputation for client and customer satisfaction, excellent products and great service. Increasing order books create the need for additional Factory Machine Operatives.
The Role:
As part of a team and reporting to the Production Manager you will manufacture quality bespoke products within our modern and well-equipped factory, using a mix of both hand and air tools including state of the art automated machinery.
Daily role may vary across different product lines dependent on production and delivery scheduling and successful applicant will be trained to cover multiple operations throughout the factory.
Ensure jobs are manufactured efficiently adhering to schedule, processed paperwork, fabrication manuals, quality standards and any special instructions.
The Person:
Numerate and literate
Previous factory experience is preferred but not essential as a full induction and training will be provided if required
Honest, hardworking and flexible, with a positive mindset
Team player who wants to play a full part in a winning team
