TruFrame have just launched a powerful new website which has been designed to cater for both trade and consumer visitors, with carefully orchestrated and purposeful content. It’s also part of a wider lead generation platform for trade partners, as the hand-finished uPVC frame specialist looks to build further organic growth.
The new website at www.truframe.co.uk also introduces lifestyle photography and consumer influences, in addition to trade information, reflecting the demographics and nature of visitors from the previous site. The content within the site has been carefully signposted, so that when consumers are engaged within the site, they can either find a trusted local supplier or they can design their windows and doors themselves and have them costed in real time, by a trusted local supplier.
Trade information is carefully laid out and well documented on the new site and includes over 40 downloads, news, content about the TruFrame difference and a potted history of the family owned business. There’s also a permanent link to the CustomerPortal in the header area of all pages, which allows customers to access critical information about existing quotes and orders 24/7 and across all devices and platforms.
David Firmager, managing director of TruFrame commented: ‘The new website has been very carefully put together, so not only can we support our trade partners, but we can engage with consumers. We can take them on a journey to the end goal of a search for a local trusted supplier, or even in designing their own windows and doors using our unique interface.
He continued: ‘We very much believe in greater transparency from uPVC frame manufacturers through our trusted local suppliers and ultimately to the end consumer. Everyone in this process requires clear and coherent information and we’ll be presenting it to them through the impressive new site.’
