The company behind Residence 9 – the revolutionary window system that took the market by storm in 2009 – is promising similar revelations at the FIT Show in April 2016.

Eclectic Systems has invested heavily in research and development, machinery, stock, and marketing to ensure that it will hit the ground running with the new system as soon as it is launched.

The company is taking one of the largest stands at the FIT Show (116m2) to show off the new product, after unwavering success with Residence 9 at previous shows.

“Fabricators and installers could be manufacturing and installing our revolutionary new product within weeks of it launching at the FIT Show,” promised marketing manager Sarah Hitchings.

It is the first show at which the company will be exhibiting since it was acquired by the DW3 Group in April 2015, along with sister company Window Widgets, Solidor and Nice Door Panels.

“The FIT Show 2013 was instrumental in the launch of R9 to the industry, when we displayed the innovative window system properly for the first time to fabricators and installers. The Telford-based show is a key marketing route for us to get our message out to the industry because our relationship with fabricators and installers is vital to the success of the launch, and The FIT Show enables to make as a big a splash as possible.”

All details regarding the new ‘product’ have been kept completely under wraps. Anyone fortunate enough to be allowed access to any of the designs have been obliged to sign non-disclosure contracts, which means potential customers, competitors and journalists have been left completely in the dark, except for a few teasing details.

“It will be a ‘super premium’ option that will create a whole new market, just like R9 did,” Sarah said.

Residence 9 is a premium window system designed to replicate the 19th century flush sash timber window that can be considered for use in conservation areas due to its authentic appearance. Thanks to its success, other systems companies and fabricators have seen the market potential and have launched their own flush sash alternatives as a result.
