Job Position: Assistant Branch Manager

Job Description:

We have a brilliant opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our Willenhall Installations Branch at Safestyle UK.

As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in delivering our Right First Time agenda, through effective management and control of the Branch. Your duties will include supporting the recruitment, development and management of branch colleagues; delivery & receipt of goods, control of stock, managing all elements of installations and collection of payments. Your aim will be to deliver at all times complete customer satisfaction.


Support the Branch Manager with the recruitment, training and management of all PAYE & Self Employed staff.
Support day to day running of the Installations Branch.
Ensure all contracts are installed to the scheduled date.
Provide regular communication with customers to ensure they are fully updated in all aspect of their installations.
Ensure any and all concerns raised are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner.
Ensure Head Office has been forwarded any payments collected from the customer, in a prompt and timely manner.
Provide assistant to the Branch Manager of any outstanding payments; ensure payments are made on time and/or set up arrangements where necessary.
Monitor and support the Installations Teams; ensuring they are adhere to regulations set by Health & Safety and Company standards.
Monitor & control the movements of company vehicles.

For this role, you must be Customer Orientated; be able to use your initiative and problem solve; be able to build strong relationships with customers, Installations Teams and Head Office.

As the ideal candidate you will demonstrate the following criteria:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
High attention to detail;
Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft packages;
Intermediate administrative skills;
Health & Safety experience/knowledge.

Desirable criteria:

IOSH (minimum Managing Safely)
Management Experience
