Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join an installer of PVCu windows and doors within the home improvement sector.

Based in Greater Manchester the role will involve working with the Installation Manager/Director to help plan and schedule workloads with a focus on organising the installation of home improvements, windows, doors etc. You will be liaising with the fitting teams and other trades people as well as our supply chain to ensure that the installation process runs as smooth as possible. The role will be office based and the successful applicant will be working closely with customers, taking calls and managing e-mail traffic to prioritise and resolve issues and making sure that they are communicated with throughout their installation.

Previous experience within the industry would be ideal, in particular, a good understanding of windows, doors and conservatories would set your application apart especially if this involves an understanding of how they are installed. Experience of working with fitting teams and engineers and must be a good organiser with excellent customer care skills, however product training can be provided. You will need to maintain detailed knowledge of the company products and services.

Candidates must have a professional approach to customer service and enjoy resolving customer queries/complaints; be accurate in recording on the appropriate system. You will be communicating to customer via telephone and E-mail and must be able to build good customer rapport.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telephone environment answering calls; a positive approach to learning; excellent communication skills and will be self-motivated. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent attention to detail and an understanding of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Able to manage several key issues concurrently. Enthusiastic, high levels of personal integrity, energetic approach to workload, proactive and confident, able to adapt to new requirements and enjoy taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through.

Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30
Friday 08:00-16:00
