We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator with glazing experience to join a well-established manufacturer of window and door products.
You will be responsible for managing customer orders and processing measurements through the company’s bespoke software to ensure that all orders are manufactured correctly and on-time, making sure that all communication takes place on-time. You will be the point of contact for customers enquiring about their orders and may also be called upon to help with technical advice. The role is office based and will be based at the company’s state of the art manufacturing facility in Middlesex.
Experience of processing orders of window and door products in uPVC and or Aluminium and experience of using Window Designer Software would be highly desirable. Applicants should have sufficient knowledge of working with construction drawings to be able to ensure that all the relevant information needed to fabricate is present and accurate and the ability to prioritise and manage workloads will also be required.
