Job Position: Branch Operations Manager – Trade Counter

Job Description:

Eurocell PLC are a dynamic manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of building products, and we serve the nation via our network of over 200 retail branches across the UK. We know that our people are our greatest asset, and we are delighted to be growing our team further as we are looking for a Branch Operations Manager to support our branches within the West Midlands / Central England.

We are looking for talented, driven and focussed Trade management professionals who possess extensive knowledge and comprehensive understanding of wholesale and the distribution of trade products.

This is a field based role covering Aldridge, Cannock, Kidderminster, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Stoke, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Telford, West Bromwich and Wolverhampton. You should be ideally situated to be able to travel across these branches at short notice.

Duties:

Support Branches to achieve their budgets and targets
Assist with stepping into various branch roles
Support with stock management, cost control, health and safety and merchandising initiatives
Assist the teams to develop the business and deliver sales and profit
Support the branch teams with training and coaching
Support the development and implementation of strategies across the region

Key Skills / Experience:

A strong track record in successfully working in and running branches is essential
Excellent people management, rapport building and communication skills are critical to be able to successfully support the teams within your region
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, proactive in approach and have great commercial acumen
A confident IT user & a valid driving licence is essential
