Order Processor

MacGregor Recruitment are fenestration recruitment specialists. Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of uPVC windows and doors based in the Livingston / West Lothian area.  With new investment my client are looking to appoint an additional experienced Order Processor to their team.

The Role:

• Order process quotations and orders
• Check and interpret order specifications, querying and gathering additional information if required
• Input volume orders into a window design programme
• Liaise with internal teams and management teams and support with administration and customer service as required
• Providing high quality customer service, answering queries and resolving any issues

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows & doors is essential
• Proactive and able to manage own workload
• Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail to minimise errors
• Good people and communication skills, written and verbal

The Package:

• Salary is to £28k DOE, depending on window order processing experience and skills
• 35 hour working week – 08.00 – 16.30 Monday to Friday
• 31 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory
