Role:
To lead the IT support for the whole business in particular to maintain and develop the specialist FDS and Business Micros software supporting both sales and the whole supply chain that uses this key software. Close liaison with QC on accreditation and product testing and assisting with database and spreadsheet based reporting and processes

Candidate:
 Knowledge of First Degree Window Designer and or Business Micros software
 Excellent personnel management skills
 Problem solver and facilitator
 Structured approach
 Engaged, enthusiastic and helpful
 Technically minded
