Job Position: Key Account Manager (Scotland)

Job Description:

Stevenswood have an opportunity for an accomplished account management professional to join as a Key Account Manager for Scotland, to provide enhanced support to our existing key accounts and to support our sales growth.

Key Account Manager:

Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with the branch operations teams in Scotland, you will provide the account management and sales expertise to further develop key customer relationships and to help deliver profitable sales growth for our branches. You will;

Build strong relationships with key accounts in Scotland, identifying opportunities and resolving any issues
Lead on developing sales opportunities with existing key accounts – maximising customer spend by increasing the product ranges Stevenswood supply, reducing duel sourcing
Approach identified and targeted potential customers to build relationships, introduce our fantastic product range and service offering, to increase the customer base
Support and help develop the branch led sales activity
A field-based role with extensive travel where you will work across our branch network and visit potential customers across Scotland

What we are looking for:

Strong product knowledge of uPVC Windows and doors and a demonstrable track record of field-based sales development success is essential
Commerciality, drive, the passion to achieve and genuine customer focus
First class communication and people skills – you will be able to easily connect with and engage customers using your approachable and consultative approach
Comfortable with travel across a large geographical area
You may have experience of the following: Key Account Manager, BDM, Regional Sales Manager, Branch Sales Manager, Area Sales Representative, Area Sales Manager etc
