Job Position: Branch Manager (Gateshead)

uPVC Window & Door product knowledge? Looking to join an expanding company where you’re empowered to manage & grow your own branch?

Stevenswood have an opportunity for a Branch Manager to join and lead our branch in Gateshead. With your excellent Window & Door product knowledge and great people skills you will lead a small team of Branch Assistants to ensure that our trade customers get the best service in town! Building relationships with existing and new customers face to face and on the ‘phone, your branch will accurately process quotations and orders, showcase our fantastic product range and demonstrate all of the added services we offer that help make our customers life easier and help grow their businesses and your branch.

The Person:

Product knowledge of uPVC windows and doors is essential
The ability to motivate your team through your infectious enthusiasm and drive is critical
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferable
First class people skills are essential – you will be able to easily connect with your customers which will give you the opportunities to show how we can help them grow, building their trust in what you and your team can deliver
A sales driver, commercial in approch with the passion and drive to grow your business – we’ll give you the tools and the support to succeed, we just need you to run with it and make things happen!
