Job Position: Sales Manager

You will be responsible for a team of Sales Estimators and a Sales Supervisor, ensuring that a first class customer experience is delivered every time, that company procedures and processes are fit for purpose, communicated and adhered to and that the sales plan is delivered.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Sales Department, making sure that all estimates are delivered on time and followed up and that targets are met. The role will involve close liaison and relationship building with builders, architects, developers and homeowners making sure that all the administration and recording of information takes place and that all legal requirements and building regulations are taken account of and acted upon. You will be responsible for ensuring your team has the necessary skills and training to fulfil their role effectively, managing rotas and dealing with any operational issues that may arise from time to time.
Candidates will need to be a skilled Manager with experience of setting and achieving targets and empowering teams to achieve them. You will have first class leadership and communication skills along with a firm and passionate commitment to the delivery of providing the best in customer service. In addition, all applicants should have good IT skills and preferably have previous experience of the glazing industry and knowledge of associated products and regulations. Candidates should have an approachable and professional style and will be good team players.
