Chase Taylor Recruitment are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Manager based in the Buckinghamshire to work with the UK’s leading specialist manufacturer of bespoke aluminium Bi-folding doors and windows.
You will lead a team of office-based sales representatives with all sales activities, leading and motivating them to achieve sales targets and KPI’s by chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales with existing, lapsed and new customers. You must have excellent experience in managing a telesales team, coaching and developing, to drive revenue. You will also ensure all administration for sales is completed effectively, setting sales targets and activity key performance indicators. Reporting to Senior Management on your sales team’s KPI’s you will also liaise with other departments within the company presenting and demonstrating the data through accurate reports whilst providing analysis.
It is essential you have a proven track record of successfully managing in-house telesales teams and are highly motivated with a drive to succeed through strong, effective team management. You must have strong time management and multi-tasking skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
