Danelle Kaukau has been named Head of Member Services at Certass, in recognition of her impressive work to support installers and their businesses through the Covid-19 pandemic.

Since the launch of the Certass Trade Association Members-only Forum, Danelle’s role has developed to give members easier access to the Certass team to get their queries answered quickly and accurately. Danelle has facilitated this by running the forum and working directly with members to support their businesses with advice, resources and information.

Jason Clemmit, Managing Director at Certass, says: “Danelle has become the go-to person for so many of our members as she makes sure that the right information is delivered to them when they need it most.

“This has been most apparent during the pandemic, when the pace of information change has been so rapid. Danelle has taken the lead on processing this information to make sure members understand what is relevant and how it will affect their business.

“Her close relationship with both members and the internal team means she is the vital link between our operations and our members, which is crucial for us to develop and improve our offering to installers and distribute the right information and resources to help keep their businesses operating safely and effectively.”

The announcement of Danelle’s new title coincides with International Women’s Day and the 2021 theme is #ChooseToChallenge.

Jason adds: “With women so underrepresented in our sector, it is so important for organisations like Certass to celebrate the achievements of our diverse workforce and create an inclusive culture, where everyone in our team can shine. Danelle’s achievements are a perfect example of this in practice.”

Certass members can chat to Danelle direct via the Certass Members-only Facebook Forum.
