With over 30 years experience in the home improvement sector, we have the knowledge and expertise to handle the design, manufacture and installation, all whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. Due to the expansion of our prestigious showroom we require a Technical Surveyor.

Role:

 To arrange mutually convenient appointments with customers to discuss design and carry out full survey.
 To produce accurate measurements from survey in accordance with specifications, building regulations and client requirements
 Assessing site risk assessments for safe working practices for Installers
 Process all necessary internal and external paperwork from documentation of required products, through to compliance of building regulations and management of any required planning permission.
 Dealing with and processing of any variations or technical issues
 Close liaison with Installation team and customers
 All contracts to be processed for manufacture and all non-stock items to be ordered in.
 Working with our Health & Safety team compiling risk assessments, Method Statements and CDM co-ordinate.

Candidates:

 We are seeking an experienced, articulate and presentable individual
 Good product knowledge of the window, door and glazing is preferable
 The successful candidate will have good numeracy, IT and administrative skills
 You will hold a valid full driving licence
 Someone who can work on their own initiative and of a positive nature
 MTC Registration or background in surveying or design with relevant NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification is preferred

Remuneration package:

Attractive and negotiable package dependant on experience.
