You only achieve this through solid, positive working relationships between the supplier and the installer. You hear of companies chopping and changing their suppliers on a regular basis. To me this has always sounded strange, and I can imagine a bit of a pain in the backside logistically. Congratulations to John Fredericks indeed, although my advice for the future would to be mindful of the actions and behaviour of the companies supplying their products. It is about making sure the products provided to installers are of the highest quality and workmanship, but if those installers treat the end users of the product badly it reflects badly on the whole chain. If the installers don’t follow the contract set up with the end user it reflects badly and surely JF would want the volumes spoken about the character of the company to be positive.
