Finally, some long awaited good news for customers associated with SafeGlaze who have work that it yet to commence:

This is a press release issued by Armstrong Watson and Warmseal

Further to the appointment of Robert Adamson, Mike Kienlen and Mark Ranson as Joint Administrators of Niamac Developments Limited (formerly trading as SafeGlaze UK) on 30th October 2018, the Joint Administrators are pleased to announce that they have agreed a sale of the order book to Warmseal Newcastle Limited (“Warmseal”).

Warmseal have been a household name and market leader in the North East for around 26 years.

Discussing the sale, Robert Adamson said:

This deal will ensure that customers of the Company, the majority of whom have paid a deposit without having any reassurance that work will be done, will now have the opportunity to have the work they ordered completed by Warmseal.

Steve Miller, Director of Warmseal, said:

We are delighted to confirm we have acquired the order book that existed at the time Niamac Developments Ltd went into administration. This news should reassure customers that have placed orders and we will be making contact with them as a matter of priority to discuss and book in their installations.

Customers requiring further information should contact Warmseal customer services on 08007838341 or email info@warmseal.co.uk

There is more to come I am sure from Warmseal on this matter. This is the sort of press release that comes with such a deal being struck, and I fully expect more information to be circulated by the company on what plans they have going forwards.

For customers of SafeGlaze this will hopefully provide them with reassurance that all is not lost and that their home improvement works can still continue despite this setback.

Congratulations to Warmseal on stepping in to fill the void left by SafeGlaze and I wish them the very best in helping to get things back on track with as many home owners as possible.
