The Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) is pleased to announce management restructure that will ensure the Federation maintains and builds on its position as the leading trade body in the industry.

The strategic decision to restructure was unanimously agreed by the GGF Board and is designed to bring the internal GGF departments closer together with a greater focus on the technical side of the Federation.

Steve Rice, GGF Director of Technical Affairs, who has been with the Federation for over 30 years, will be GGF Managing Director with immediate effect and will be responsible for the full running of the Federation’s operations. The GGF is also currently recruiting for new technical positions to increase this valuable resource for Members.

With many challenges ahead for our Members and the industry, it is essential for the GGF to be fully ready and equipped for the forthcoming major regulatory and legislative changes. In view of the current climate, the GGF needs to re-enforce its technical side and provide Members with the support they need.

I look forward to the new structure and for the GGF to continue to deliver high-level services for the benefit of GGF Members’ and the wider industry.
