I often ramble on about what I think is wrong with this industry. In fact it is the reason why this blog exists in the first place. I am full of suggestions about what the industry needs to do in order to change. But, I would like to know what you guys would change in the industry.
It could be anything. The way our industry bodies work, energy ratings, qualifications or anything else that you think could need a tweak here and there. Would love to hear what some of you have to say! Leave a comment in the section below and lets see how we can all put the industry to rights!

1) For many companies to stop installing the most pig ugly windows imaginable. The 1970’s approach of ripping out windows and sticking in huge panes of glass with no attempt to replicate the original architectural design of the house ought to have been long consigned to the errors of history, yet still one can see the most awful looking windows being installed. If this means that every home needs to get planning consent from the council, as independent adjudicators as to what is acceptable (in design, not material) then so be it.
