John Fredericks isn’t a company that rests on it’s laurels. It has understood that the market whilst maintaining it’s massive use of PVC, is heading down a more traditional route in terms of looks of it’s frames and hardware. Hence the Suffolk Window and Suffolk Door ranges which I wrote about in previous posts. So to add to this increasing heritage-style portfolio, they have now taken on the Flush Sash range from Halo.
For those who know of John Fredericks or currently buy from them, thought the product is different, the quality remains the same. The Flush Sash range comes full steel reinforced, highly energy efficient with 5 chambered profiles with a choice of double or triple glazing systems. The Flush Sash range is produced by Halo, so the brand strength and product quality is something to be relied on.
What is important here is that John Fredericks is understanding the growing need for more heritage style products. We are hearing of more and more cases where councils are allowing the use of certain heritage style PVC products. Obviously they have to go through an inspections process to judge if the product will suit the property they are being fitted to. But councils are now starting to understand that heritage PVC products have come a long way and are now a realistic option. By adding the Flush Sash range to it’s product portfolio, John Fredericks is demonstrating that they are ready to make the most of the growing opportunities heritage PVC products are going to bring.
Heritage style products like Flush Sash are going to become a big part of the double glazing market in the coming years, and John Fredericks is ready to help it’s customers make the most of these opportunities.

This is brilliant for our products, traditional wooden Flush Casements. Only the other day we quoted against one of the new Flush Casement UPVC products and we were actually cheaper. When our customer compared our 30 year warranties and 10 year no painting guarantees, it was a no brainer for them. People have to do their research to see what the market value of a product is before they start to sell it. If this is being sold as a high margin product then you must not be greedy. I am all for improved margins, the industry has suffered for… Read more »
